Lebanon is located only 25 miles away from downtown Nashville. It is an easy drive on I40 or you can take the Music City Star Train. The Train runs through Lebanon so you can ride the train into the Nashville riverfront, hermitage, Mt. Juliet, and Donelson.

Located just 15 minutes outside of Lebanon, the state park has over 1,139 acres, 117 campsites, plenty of hiking and paved trails to get out into nature.


Racing enthusiasts can actually get behind the wheel of a stock car, dirt race car, dragster or racing Camaro, an open wheel Formula car, or an exotic super car.


Lebanon is home to the first Cracker Barrel location in 1969. The original location has been moved, but the headquarter location is in the Cedar Squares shopping mall.


Lebanon is home to one of the top ranked county fairs in the nation and the is considered the biggest and best fair in Tennessee. The fair runs every year in mid-August.


The University was founded in 1842 and had the first law school in Tennessee as well as the first university west of the Appalachian Mountains. The original building was burned during the Civil War and was rebuilt at its current location 1892.
